- minimum of 2 years of experience
- SQL and Networking experience
- Excellent communication and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
