Qualifications
- Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Exchange migration projects.
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 E5 transformation programs for enterprise customers.
- Strong consulting and customer-facing experience.
- Experience with migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, and Quest.
- Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Exchange migrations (Exchange Online, Hybrid, Google Workspace, IMAP, and tenant-to-tenant).
- Deliver Microsoft 365 E5 deployment and workplace modernization projects.
- Implement and configure Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Defender, Purview, and Entra ID solutions.
- Design and enforce security, compliance, governance, and identity management frameworks.
- Conduct customer workshops, technical assessments, and solution design sessions.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposals, POCs, and solution architecture.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and successful project delivery.
