Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology Adoption.
- Experience leading Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, or enterprise technology adoption programs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI solutions, AI governance, stakeholder management, and user adoption strategies.
- Prosci, AI-900, PL-900, or Microsoft Copilot certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive AI adoption and change management strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, communications, training, and user enablement programs
- Partner with business leaders to identify AI use cases and maximize business value.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, monitor adoption KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
