Responsibilities

• The Microsoft 365 Senior Security Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft security solutions across enterprise environments.
• The role focuses on securing identities, endpoints, email, collaboration platforms, and data using Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, and Sentinel technologies.
• The consultant will lead customer engagements, deliver security projects, conduct assessments, and act as a trusted advisor for Microsoft security best practices. Key Responsibilities Security Assessments & Consulting Conduct Microsoft 365 security assessments and gap analyses.
• Evaluate customers' security posture and provide remediation recommendations.
  Develop security roadmaps aligned with Zero Trust principles.
  Advise customers on Microsoft security best practices and compliance requirements.
  Deliver workshops, security reviews, and executive presentations. Solution Design & Implementation
• Design and deploy Microsoft 365 security solutions. Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Lead implementation and migration activities related to Microsoft security technologies.
• Configure and optimize security controls across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  Support security transformation initiatives for enterprise customers.
• Identity & Access Security Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID security features. Configure:
• Conditional Access Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Identity Protection Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Access Reviews Authentication Policies Threat Protection Deploy and manage: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Microsoft Defender for Identity Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps Microsoft

  Tune security policies and threat protection mechanisms. Endpoint & Device Security Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune solutions. Configure: Device Compliance Policies Configuration Profiles Endpoint Security Policies Application Protection Policies Mobile Device Management (MDM) Mobile Application Management (MAM) Information Protection & Compliance Deploy Microsoft Purview solutions. Implement: Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Information Protection Sensitivity Labels Retention
• Policies Insider Risk Management eDiscovery Solutions Security Monitoring & Operations Integrate Microsoft Sentinel with security environments.
• Develop analytics rules, workbooks, and automation playbooks.
• Assist SOC teams during security incidents and investigations.
• Review security logs and recommend improvements.
• Documentation & Reporting Prepare architecture documents and security implementation guides. Generate assessment and project status reports.
• Document operational procedures and knowledge-transfer materials. Maintain project documentation and configuration records.
• Presales Support Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work (SOW). Participate in customer meetings and solution discussions.
• Support effort estimation and solution scoping activities. Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
