- Good Command of both English and Arabic Languages.
- Good knowledge of requirement elicitation and gathering.
- Analysis skills, Problem solving and Interactive Communication.
Responsibilities
- Consult Customer to provide business solution and provide requirement Gathering and Analysis.
- Documents business process and gathered customer business requirements.
- Formal Presentation skills.
- Provide Customer Training, Training Manuals and User Acceptance.
- Conduct Customer demos.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM awareness is recommended.
- Design, implement, customize business cycles & workflows, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
