  • SQL and Networking experience
  • Excellent communication and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM


  • Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
