- Years of experience: from 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Very good command of English.
- Good Interactive communication Skills, and Documentation, formal presentation & negotiation skills.
- Female preferable.
- Responsible for meeting rooms reservation.
- Answer and forward the incoming phone call.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Order front office supplies for the meeting rooms
- Calendar Management
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supervise security in following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
- In addition to any other task requested by the direct manager.
