  • Years of experience: from 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. 
  • Very good command of English.
  • Good Interactive communication Skills, and Documentation, formal presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Female preferable. 


  • Responsible for meeting rooms reservation.
  • Answer and forward the incoming phone call.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Order front office supplies for the meeting rooms
  • Calendar Management
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supervise security in following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
  • In addition to any other task requested by the direct manager.
