- Years of experience: 5 to 8 years of work experience.
- Years of project management experience: 2 to 5 years
- Team leadership experience.
- Worked in full IT delivery cycle.
- PMP Certificate is plus.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentation Skills.
- Very Good English.
Responsibilities
- Maintains customer satisfaction by setting correct customer expectations and acting proactively.
- Ensures project delivered with agreed upon project scope and within budget.
- Plans, maintains, and manages project schedule, revenue and budget.
- Analyzes project data such as cost and schedule variance as well as quality indicators and recommends corrective action.
- Manages change requests and scope as well as project’s issues and risks.
- Virtually leads all project team from different functions in small, med-size projects.
