- Years of experience: 3 -6 Years of work experience.
- Experience in writing solid solution scope.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
- Fluent in English and Arabic Language (Speaking and Writing).
- Very good knowledge of Live Chat Solution, Chat Bots, Customer Engagement and Relationship management Products good knowledge of technology and industry directions (digital transformation, IOT, AI, Service Automation, ...etc.)
- Strong business knowledge, business understanding and market sense.
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationship.
- Act as a consultant in educating the client about different product possibilities and give recommendations.
- Build and conduct killing level presentations and demos for customers with different technical awareness levels.
- Analyze and understand customer verbal, written and between the lines requirements, to evaluate the opportunity from the technical / business point of view.
- Write a top quality proposal, and orchestrate between internal teams to follow Link Development Process, including technical, delivery, UX, infrastructure, and other teams. Work back to back as one team with field sales.
- Work without supervision in the medium size opportunity Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees.
- Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service.
- Promote the value of the product and upsell services and products with brand image and promoting value through customer experience Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs.
