Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of work experience.
  • Good Command of both English and Arabic Languages.
  • Good knowledge of requirement elicitation and gathering.
  • Analysis skills, Problem solving and Interactive Communication.

Responsibilities

  • Consult Customer to provide business solution and provide requirement Gathering and Analysis.
  • Documents business process and gathered customer business requirements.
  • Formal Presentation skills.
  • Provide Customer Training, Training Manuals and User Acceptance.
  • Conduct Customer demos.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM awareness is recommended.
  • Design, implement, customize business cycles & workflows, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
